Are fruit and vegetable supplements really effective? While on the search for the answer, I tested out many of these pills, powders, and juices and wrote this Balance of Nature review just for you!

Superfoods, green powders, pills, and multivitamins – you have almost every way imaginable to get your daily nutrition. I’ve had plenty of supplements over the past couple of years. If anyone asked me to choose the best option between a multivitamin and superfood supplement, it would be tough to give a straight answer. While I consider multivitamins a trusted way to get your vitamins, there are many more nutrients you could find in superfood powders and pills that you may not find in multivitamins. You just have to find the right brand.

From what I could see, the Balance of Nature fruits and veggies are safe for men, women, and children – and we all know how difficult it can be to find such supplements. The only other Balance of Nature product I could find was Fiber and Spice; I wasn’t so curious about that!

The veggie capsules contain an array of ingredients like Spinach, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot, Cabbage, Kale, Celery Stalk, Soy Bean, Zucchini, and Yam.

The fruit capsules contain the powders from Apple, Aloe Vera, Cranberry, Cherry, Grapefruit, Lemon, Papaya, Pineapple, Tomato, Mango, Raspberry, and Orange. Combined, you get a daily dose of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that you would normally miss out on most days.

My Results

Taking six pills every day was honestly daunting – three from each bottle – but I did for three months. With my past singular-based supplements, I knew the exact changes and improvements to look out for; though it’s rarely a guarantee with such combinations of ingredients.

I didn’t notice too much of a difference, but I could tell they helped my digestive system. I had fewer discomforts and an easier time pooping.
