Beetroot is a rich source of dietary nitrates, minerals, fiber, and vitamins. Before you take it you should know the beet juice powder side effects so that you know what to avoid.
Hi, my name is Brian and I’m a student at a local university studying nutrition. I’m fascinated by how fruits and vegetables contain so many nutrients and yet most of us don’t like eating them. I’m writing a thesis about the beetroot plant and why our body needs to consume more beets to get all the benefits that come with such a small fruit. To know exactly what to write I thought I do an experiment on myself and start taking beet juice powder for a week and see what happens. The first day I felt nothing but before the week was over I was full of energy but I was experiencing some stomach problems. I had to discontinue and go consult a doctor.
