Trader Joe’s Green Powder Chocolate Review– Do You Need It, Or Not?

Spread the love

More people realize the changes they need to make in their diet and lifestyle, and this leads to more interest in dietary supplements by lots of companies. Trader Joe’s has been around for a while, but this was my first time trying out their products, and I wrote a Trader Joe’s Green Powder Chocolate Review to tell you all about it.

I consider myself a very serious health enthusiast – with a few tweaks here and there when very necessary. Some would say I joke about it (probably because I smoke every once in a while), but I think knowing yourself, your limits, and doing your best to stay on the wellness track is all that matters.

That said, my greatest task is balancing the smokes and my diet. Luckily, I have no trouble managing my diet. I do not enjoy junk food, and I think it has a lot to do with my upbringing or my taste buds. Sure, healthy food doesn’t always taste great, but greasy foods and the downward spiral afterwards all aren’t my cup of tea on any day.

So, knowing my fair share of popular grocery stores and supplement brands, I already have a good idea of what works for me and what doesn’t. With even more concerns about chemicals and pesticides in food, I always make sure to go full organic and do as much research as I can. Overall? My lifestyle-diet balance is in top shape.

After moving into my new apartment, I decided to walk around and familiarize myself with the area. And that’s how I found my first Trader Joe’s store. My curiosity got the best of me, and I couldn’t help but walk in and swing by all the aisles. A few weeks later, I went ahead and got my Trader Joe’s Green Powder Chocolate.

Trader Joe’s Green Powder Chocolate Review

trader oe's review

My time at the store was amazing. You can find a wide variety of healthy products at affordable prices, and the quality and packaging seemed good. I talked to a few of the employees, and it was interesting. Not only were they polite, but they answered all my questions fully and clarified whenever possible.

When I decided to visit the official page to learn some more, I almost got sucked into the beautiful recipes I found waiting. Here, you can find more information on Trader Joe’s stores worldwide, and more products to purchase.

About Trader Joe’s

Trader Joe’s started as a small chain of stores in the 1950s which later went on to expand into what we see today. Since the company doesn’t charge suppliers for stocking up on Trader Joe’s products, you’ll find that it saves costs on the consumer as opposed to other brands that charge the suppliers. Seeing that they are a huge business, they buy their organics directly from suppliers, and in volume.

I also couldn’t help but notice that everyone is included! There’s a dietary list for your vegan, gluten-free, and kosher needs. For more queries, you can contact customer service over at the official website, or a Trader Joe’s store nearby.

Trader Joe’s Green Powder Chocolate

Since I figured that I could use a green powder that I could add to my blending contents every morning, I was curious about the changes I’d achieve. There was a berry flavor, but I love chocolate so, I had to go with the Green Chocolate Powder.

I couldn’t find much info about the product on the main website, but research is my middle name, and here’s what I found: The ingredients were too many to list, but some of the key ingredients include organic spirulina, cauliflower bulb, carrot, pomegranate, and chocolate bean powder.

My Results

One 10g scoop was all I needed every day, and it was easy to accomplish that. I didn’t notice any major changes in my body, but my energy levels were great, and I had no abdominal upsets (I was very prepared for that!).

Pros

  • Multiple organic ingredients in one powder
  • An easy way to have a load of nutrients each day
  • Great taste

Cons

Conclusion

I didn’t have much trouble with the powder, but like a similar Trader Joe’s Green Powder Chocolate review I’d read before, there needs to be more information about the green chocolate powder on the main website.
